Jonathan creates sustainable fitness programs to help his clients assure a healthy future. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in nutrition from Pennsylvania State University, and his personal training certification from the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
He specializes in sports performance training, focusing athletic sessions on speed, power, plyometrics, agility, and mental strength. For competitive runners, he focuses on running/sprinting techniques and mechanics.
Jonathan also enjoys helping the non-athlete improve body composition, stability, and balance through full-body training and nutritional guidance. When appropriate, he includes boxing, kickboxing, and some Muay Thai to keep sessions fun.
