I build high-end PCs as a hobby. I was in the marching band as a percussionist. I have the most colorful shoe collection in the gym. I’m a Girl Dad!

Why did you go into Personal Training?
I enjoy working with people to help promote a positive image of what a healthy relationship with the gym can be. It can seem scary, but the gym is a valuable resource for all! Movement is necessary, so I want to help people move well, and Personal Training is the perfect medium to do so!
