Why did you go into Personal Training?
20 years ago I was a personal training client and saw the benefits of working one on one. Years later I am still enjoying making a difference in people’s lives.
Karen’s Success Stories
I’m so happy about the way I’ve been playing golf this year. I’ve been working out with Karen for quite a few years. This past year, I asked her to help me improve my golf game through our training sessions. Yesterday, I played my best game ever. I have seen a tremendous improvement in my flexibility and power. I know much of it is because of my biweekly workouts with my wonderful trainer, Karen. Yay, Karen!
Karen helped me get in great shape for my daughter’s wedding. I trained with her twice a week and saw great results. Now, I work with her to motivate me to continue exercising.

I have been training with Karen for three to four years. I appreciate her approach. She puts the “personal” in personal training. She designs full-body workouts to meet my specific needs for strength and endurance. It is not a workout “routine.” Karen mixes up the exercises to better strengthen individual muscles as well as the entire muscle group. She focuses on proper form to avoid injury, which I greatly appreciate at 67 years old. Karen is an experienced trainer who has helped me remain fit enough to enjoy a very active lifestyle.
