Rick earned his Associate’s degree in Criminal Justice from Gloucester County College and his certification in personal training from the National Exercise & Sports Trainers Association. His extensive background includes 30 years experience in weight training, 10 years in competitive powerlifting, and 6 in personal training. Formerly, he was a New Jersey State Police Physical Fitness Instructor.
Rick focuses on power and strength training. His workout sessions incorporate techniques geared toward body sculpting and conditioning. He also specializes in pre- and post-natal fitness programs, with an emphasis on creating energy and building stamina as well as safely strengthening muscles.
Rick believes that mental toughness helps accomplish goals. He loves helping his clients experience invigorating workouts that improve their health and transform their bodies.
