Personal Trainer Tier II
Benjamin earned his Associate degree in exercise science from Raritan Valley Community College, and his personal training certification from the American Council on Exercise. He specializes in helping members improve body composition through effective, efficient fitness programs.
As a child, Benjamin was obese. By eighth grade, he reached 200 pounds. Determined to lose weight, he began exercising regularly. Benjamin was motivated by the improvements he felt when he reached a healthy weight. At every training session, he helps his clients become inspired by their own improvements, regardless of how big or small.
Ben’s Success Stories
I was bedridden for three months and very weak. I teamed up with Personal Trainer Ben. He listened to my concerns and goals and developed a training regimen to enable me to reach my goals. Ben is exceptional. He knows how to work every muscle in my body. His encouragement has kept me working so I can be independent again.
Since having surgery on my ACL, I have not been confident while using my left leg. After working with Ben, I have increased my stability, flexibility, and confidence in using my entire body as a unit. Initially, I was hesitant because of the price, but I can now say that it was worth every penny!
