Benjamin earned his Associate degree in exercise science from Raritan Valley Community College, and his personal training certification from the American Council on Exercise. He specializes in helping members improve body composition through effective, efficient fitness programs.
As a child, Benjamin was obese. By eighth grade, he reached 200 pounds. Determined to lose weight, he began exercising regularly. Benjamin was motivated by the improvements he felt when he reached a healthy weight. At every training session, he helps his clients become inspired by their own improvements, regardless of how big or small.
