Why did you go into Personal Training?
Fitness has made a profound, positive difference in my own life, and I wanted to share my passion with others. It is gratifying to help my clients achieve their fitness goals and get stronger, fitter, and healthier.

I began working with Nicole in November 2021 twice a week for one hour. I have exercised since I was 19, swimming, jogging, and biking.
