Nicole took the time to conduct a thorough assessment of my strengths and abilities and created a program tailored to my fitness level and objectives. I am specifically happy with how she monitors my completion of each segment and provides corrective measures for my technique. She incorporates functional training into our sessions for long-term strength and stability. She has provided strength training with instruction on safer movement in everyday life, such as lifting and standing from the floor using only core muscles. She is excellent at providing instructions for push, pull, lunge, rotation, and stabilization exercises.
