After fracturing my shoulder and going through surgery and months of physical therapy, I had lost a lot of strength. I began seeing Nicole twice a week in the fall of 2025, and she has been an invaluable partner in my physical fitness journey. I’m the type who has a hard time motivating myself to get to the gym. Now I feel motivated to work out, and our one-hour sessions fly by because we also have great conversations. Nicole is sensitive to my physical limitations while also designing a challenging workout. I have definitely grown stronger over the months, and I’m very thankful for Nicole’s coaching and encouragement.
