Why did you go into Personal Training?
I spent the majority of my life being overweight, and after hitting 240 pounds, I decided to make a change. Over nine months, I lost 90 pounds and learned what it takes to live a healthier lifestyle. Since then, my love for fitness and living healthy has only grown, so I decided to become a Personal Trainer to help others live healthier lives.
