Why did you go into Personal Training?
Working out changed my life in many ways, making me healthier, stronger, and more confident. Nothing is more fulfilling than helping others experience what consistent exercise can do, not only for the body but also for the mind. I wish to guide new gym goers to become more active and help them achieve their long-term fitness goals.
Justin’s Success Stories
Earl A.
When I started, I was in poor condition—overweight, losing muscle mass at age 77, and dealing with a shoulder injury. With Justin’s guidance, I’ve lost 40 pounds, regained strength, and built back muscle. He even designed an exercise regimen that has largely corrected my shoulder problem. Thanks to his expertise, I feel much stronger and healthier than I have in years.

I’ve really enjoyed training with Justin over the past few months. Almost every session, he introduces new ways to target different muscle groups and build strength, always keeping an eye on proper form to prevent injury. His patience, encouragement, and positivity have made a big difference, helping me feel more confident in my ability to reach my fitness goals.

I’d never worked with a Personal Trainer before, so I wasn’t sure what to expect—but Justin made it easy from the start. I didn’t know how to strength train or use most of the equipment, and he walked me through everything with patience and clarity. Now I feel stronger, healthier, and more confident, and I actually enjoy working out. I’m excited to keep building on this progress with his support.
