Personal Trainer Jeanine Rosen has had an extensive career in the fitness industry, where she began as a Cycling instructor. She earned her personal training certification from the American Council on Exercise in 2002. Since then, she has spent thousands of training hours helping clients of all ages reach and maintain their health goals. She has experience in weight management and group training. Jeanine Rosen is certified in CPR/AED through the Red Cross.
With people working longer and staying active later in life, Jeanine Rosen is committed to helping them maintain their strength and flexibility as they age. Her workouts focus on preserving muscle mass, maintaining balance, and developing core strength, which are vital to senior health, brain function, and memory. She believes exercise should be part of everyone’s life, regardless of age, time constraints, or physical limitation. Her motto: “If you fail to plan, then plan to fail.”

Jeanine takes a very personalized approach to training. I have issues with my shoulder, but I wanted a good workout. Jeanine researched my problem to structure aggressive routines that accommodate my limitations. She pushes just the right amount. Jeanine is empathetic and supportive, with an engaging personality. I’ve dramatically increased my strength and flexibility during two years of training through her diverse, challenging hourly sessions. I’m about to register for another series of personal training sessions with Jeanine.
I have been training with Jeanine for over a year. It has been a great experience, which has helped me reach my goals. I started working with her to help correct a muscle imbalance to prevent additional running injuries. She was very thoughtful in developing a plan for me. She always considered my doctor’s instructions and ensured I did not re-injure myself during exercise. Every session is different, challenging, and fun. My goal was to participate in more triathlons. Last summer, I completed my first Olympic and half-ironman distance triathlons. I am signed up for more races this summer. As an added bonus, I lost more than 15 pounds! Jeanine really cares about her clients and helps them reach their fitness goals. After each race, she sends me an email to ask how I did. I feel very fortunate to be paired with her. In August 2016, I joined the Center and was matched with Jeanine as my personal trainer. I am so grateful for her guidance and expertise. Since I began training with Jeanine, I lost 27.5 pounds. What’s better? I gained muscle, confidence, and a love of fitness. She taught me several different workout programs so I don’t get bored with the same routine.
