Why did you go into Personal Training?
Witnessing first-hand the transformative mental and physical effects of fitness after having two children, I wanted to help others attain more active and healthier lifestyles, first as a Spin Instructor and then by becoming a Personal Trainer. Two decades later, I am still guiding clients in finding a happy balance of cardiovascular activity, strength training, nutrition, and flexibility while also encouraging good habits to stave off disease and improve the normal aging process.
