I have been working out regularly with Justin for the past two and a half years, and during that time, he has contributed greatly to the improvement of my health.

I have lost 20 pounds, increased my muscle mass by 4 pounds, and lowered my body fat percentage to below 20%. Justin has guided me through all of my resistance training with professionalism, flexibility, and kindness.

He is incredibly respectful of me as a client and always makes sure I train safely and avoid injury. I feel very lucky to have him as my trainer.
