Gene’s Success Stories

I have been doing Personal Training with Gene for several months. He is a great trainer. Gene begins all of his training with an orientation, which helps him identify the individual’s goals and areas of focus. He then puts together a detailed plan with specific exercises. Gene is very personable and professional. He also adjusts to an individual’s changing needs over time.

Gene keeps me positive while helping me reach my fitness goals. He knows how hard it is to push me, but never makes it feel overwhelming. I would never accomplish on my own what I do with him guiding and encouraging me.

Gene is a terrific trainer. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. He really focuses on helping you to achieve your goals. He tells you both the purpose and the benefits of each exercise. I highly recommend Gene to be your trainer.

He chooses good weights and exercises for me. The best is that he is encouraging.

I had been away from the gym for several years as I cared for my wife through Alzheimer’s. Gene got me back to a level I could manage and then moved me on to new challenges. His friendly manner and conversations helped the time pass quickly, and now I am back into a regular gum routine. Thanks, Gene!

When I started with Gene, I told him I had been losing muscle mass and that I needed to work on it as I get older. I’ve been coming here a long time, but have been very hesitant to use the free-weight, and now with Gene’s instruction, I feel very confident using them, and I’ve seen the results in increased muscle mass via the Inbody machine. The other day, I saw Gene in the gym at the free-weight area, and he said that I looked like a professional, and I said, “Yes, I learned from the best.” Overall, I really enjoyed working and talking with Gene. He is very personable and demonstrates integrity and professionalism.

Between COVID habits and knee surgery, I had exercised very little in 5 years. Gene gave me his full attention to how my body reacted to each exercise and what I was willing to try. In 5 short months, I have built more muscle and physical endurance than I expected. Thank you, Gene!

Gene is awesome! He listened to my needs and worked out a plan accordingly. He was very easy to work with and adjusted exercises depending on what worked (or didn’t) for me and my body. He is very positive and has a great spirit. I felt stronger and ready to take on more health challenges once I finished my sessions.

I really appreciate Gene’s training and guidance. Since I’ve started working with him, I’ve seen significant improvement in my strength, endurance, and overall fitness. He explains things clearly and teaches me the right techniques, which help me understand how to train properly.

What I value most is the way he pushes me to do better while still being supportive and patient. That balance has helped me progress step by step and build more confidence in my training. I truly feel the evolution in my performance and energy. Thanks for helping me get these results.

Gene has years of experience, which is what you want in a trainer, and he tailored my training program perfectly to my goals of losing belly fat and strengthening my core. Within just eight sessions, I can see the difference in the newer me. I went from struggling to hold a 1-minute plank to topping 3.5 minutes, and I progressed from barely lifting on side crunches to completing sets of 10 with a 30-degree upper body lift. It has been a rewarding start to a stronger, more confident me. As a bonus, the workouts have also helped with my frequent back pain.

He keeps you motivated and has a sharp eye for form and progress. What stands out most is how he explains why we’re doing each movement, not just how, so you understand the reasoning behind every exercise instead of just following instructions.

Don’t be fooled by his age, he stays impressively fit and serves as a true inspiration. I’m genuinely thankful to him for bringing consistency, structure, and discipline to my workouts.
