Gene has years of experience, which is what you want in a trainer, and he tailored my training program perfectly to my goals of losing belly fat and strengthening my core. Within just eight sessions, I can see the difference in the newer me. I went from struggling to hold a 1-minute plank to topping 3.5 minutes, and I progressed from barely lifting on side crunches to completing sets of 10 with a 30-degree upper body lift. It has been a rewarding start to a stronger, more confident me. As a bonus, the workouts have also helped with my frequent back pain.

He keeps you motivated and has a sharp eye for form and progress. What stands out most is how he explains why we’re doing each movement, not just how, so you understand the reasoning behind every exercise instead of just following instructions.
