Why did you go into Personal Training?
I am pursuing a sports physical therapy degree, and I am eager to continue expanding my knowledge and educating others through Personal Training. I have worked with various clients, including athletes, seniors, special populations, and the general population. I aim to provide proper body movement and balance to reach a client’s maximum physical potential.
