Wonderful classes run by experts can be found here in a well-maintained and bright clean gym. Recommended even if hesitant of a new experience. Have always been be treated well and with kindness by staff. Personal trainers, nurses, and childcare make this center a community benefit. Gym facilities are beautiful and comprehensive, and aquatic area windows and skylights flood work areas with natural light. Machines, flooring, and environmental rest areas are kept updated and fresh.
