Joan earned her business degree from St. John’s University. She then spent 28 years in the corporate world as a sourcing manager. A lifelong passion for exercise inspired her to become a personal trainer in 2010, focusing on older adults and special populations.
She earned her personal training and nutrition coach certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and her Pilates instructor certification through Clinical Pilates Education.
Joan’s diverse fitness experience allows her to offer members a variety of workouts for a balanced fitness experience.
