Fun Fact:
I love to run, bike, knit, bake, travel, and visit museums with my son. Watching my son grow and learn has been my life’s biggest blessing.

Why did you go into Personal Training?
After losing over 100 pounds, I realized how a healthy lifestyle allows me freedom of choices and the ability to focus on the most important things in life pain-free and without restrictions. I decided, once my son started school, that I wanted to help others on their journey to living a healthier version of themselves. I am blessed to be able to do what I do.
