It was suggested by a physician at the Cleveland Clinic that I pursue Personal Training to learn how to do strength and weight training properly. I have worked with senior trainer Al Forehand for six months. Al assessed my needs, created a plan, reviewed the options at the Center, and then taught me the exercises one by one. After six months of work, I am ready to embark on my own and have already reached the goals set by the Cleveland Clinic physician. I recommend Al to anyone looking to improve their core and muscle strength and flexibility. Besides Al’s clear and patient teaching style, he made the experience so much fun!
