Michael is full of relevant information about human muscles, joints, and tendons, whether male or female, tall or short, plump or skinny, young or old or older. He’s been my trainer for at least a couple of years, and every time I’ve had an issue, Michael has known an exercise right that would fix it. Every time I’ve gone on an extended trip and come back unfit and flabby, he has eased me back into condition. I unconditionally recommend him.
