Mike Cruikshank is an exceptional trainer. He has developed a strong, consistent training program that has allowed me to incorporate strength training into my fitness regimen. He focused a lot on technique and form, allowing me to maximize the benefit of the exercise and avoid injury. Mike is also a good listener and modifies our program consistently with my aches and pains. He also offers good tips and advice, including videos on exercises I can perform in between sessions. I am happy with the results I have achieved over the past year with Mike, including a 14-pound weight loss.
