I’ve been training with Al for the last several months now and must say that he is one of the most experienced and committed trainers.
I started my training once a week, and enjoyed the variety and challenge he put into the sessions. He is very structured in his approach and focused on helping me achieve my goals. He makes every session challenging and, most importantly fun. He makes sure that my techniques are always correct to avoid injuries. He is highly reliable and punctual – always set up and ready to start ahead of time, with all the exercise routines planned.
As far as the results, my fitness has increased noticeably, and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete my core exercises, lift progressively heavier weights and generally push myself harder throughout each session.
Al is a true professional and super passionate about what he does. I highly recommend Al as your trainer. I look forward to continuing working with him in the coming days.
