My training with Susan began about a year ago. After we discussed my concerns, injury issue, and fears, I knew she was perfect for my fitness needs. Immediately, Susan spread her protective training wings and we began my journey. She was quick to notice my weak and strong areas. With those in mind, she designed training sessions that helped me feel confident about exercising. One year later, Susan seems to read my mind. Instinctively, she knows how I feel and what needs work at each session. My body has gained strength and much-needed flexibility. Susan guides me with nutritional tips, too. Regretfully, I was very underweight when I started training with her. I was preparing for retirement, to relocate from California to Princeton. Susan sent me encouraging texts and emails during that time, which I really needed. Once I settled into my new life, she helped me locate doctors, a hairstylist, and other professionals. I follow all her recommendations. Susan is amazing!
