For several years, I suffered chronic lower back pain. I searched the Center’s trainer bio page and found Jeff. His approach to focus on core and stability training spoke to me. I know I was not working out to strengthen my core. The day I met Jeff for my fitness evaluation is the day my lower back pain subsided. This was the result of Jeff showing me basic, gentle exercises for the hips and gluts. In addition, Jeff is very knowledgeable. His passion for fitness is infectious. Meeting Jeff has changed my life. Now, I look forward to getting stronger every day.
