One day, no doubt after observing my uninspired and monotonous workout routine, Joe kindly offered to re-evaluate me. I’m so thankful he did! Joe was attentive to my schedule, needs, fitness goals, and questions. He promptly created a new fitness routine for me. He incorporated new exercises, which took me out of my comfort zone. He expertly demonstrated the exercises, then patiently supervised my execution of them. He ensured my form was correct throughout. I am thankful to Joe for ramping up my dull workout. Already, I see and feel the benefits. Joe’s positive energy is always infectious. The Center is fortunate to have him as a trainer. I highly recommend him. Thanks, Joe!
In 2014, I weighed almost 300 pounds. Morbidly obese, I was in jeopardy of life-threatening health issues. I was always a yo-yo dieter who tried numerous gyms over the years without getting results. I was launched into action after I discovered my best friend’s body after she died of coronary artery disease. I had weight-loss surgery and joined the Center, which became my accountability partner. With the help of my personal trainer and the fitness instructors, I managed to go from a size 20 to a size eight. And I will continue successfully toward my goals. Already, I am healthier. My cholesterol and blood-sugar levels have improved. I no longer need asthma medication. I love coming to the Center. It feels like home!
Bob and I have been Center members for as long as I can remember. We love the wide variety of classes offered. I was always a big fan of yoga and dance classes. More than two years ago, I was introduced to Feldenkrais and its incredible instructor, Jackie Boone. I marvel at this full-body workout and its positive effect on the nervous system. A few days after the class, I’m amazed at how good I still feel. I love how you must think carefully about each move. My eyes, ears, and brain become more acute with every lesson. After class, I feel calm, relaxed, and flexible. I love Feldenkrais.
The Center helped me change my life. Since I became a member, it has been a kind of second home. Deciding to become more fit starts from within. But, it helps to have a great trainer and I do — Karen. She learned my goals and challenged me to reach them. Once I got comfortable, I took Group Fitness classes. The instructors helped me overcome fears while improving strength, tone, and flexibility. The Center provides a great atmosphere, which starts at the Front Desk where I am greeted with a smile. I love how staff and members seem happy to be there, always with a smile and helping hand.
I’m so glad to be a member of the Princeton Fitness & Wellness Center! We have such great facilities here. The pools and exercise equipment are top rate. I’m always impressed with the Group Fitness classes. We have a great variety of classes to meet the needs of a wide range of interests and abilities. The trainers and fitness instructors are knowledgeable and well-informed, and all the staff are helpful and friendly. No wonder I spend so much of my time here!
Princeton Fitness & Wellness Center helped me tremendously after recovering from reconstructive knee surgery. Since becoming a member, I have been able to perform exercises that strengthen my knee as well as my entire body. As a soccer player, the Center and training staff have been instrumental in getting me back to playing at a competitive level. Being in the Center’s atmosphere is a great experience. I am in the best shape of my life.
