Bio: Personal Trainer Josh strives to make each member's day a little better through his training sessions. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from
Rider University, and his personal training certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. A firm believer in water workouts, Josh spent five years of coaching competitive swimming.
Josh offers his clients an opportunity to expand their fitness endeavors by incorporating the benefits of water exercise. Based on each individual's goals and skill-set, he creates programs for the Exercise Floor and the Aquatic Center. On land, he specializes in circuit-style weight training for a well-rounded workout.
In his free time, Josh enjoys outdoor activities, cooking, and competitive swimming. He was ranked as one of the Top 100 backstrokers in the entire National Collegiate Athletic Association, swimming division, in 2009. Favorite food: Buffalo chicken-style pizza.
Josh wants to help Center members live every day as if it were their last. |
