Why did you go into Personal Training:
Playing competitive basketball year-round introduced me to strength and conditioning, which opened my eyes to the role physical fitness plays in sports performance and injury prevention, as well as the mental clarity it provides. I want to help others experience that same physical and mental well-being.
Fun Fact:
I have sourdough discard in my fridge and have made every dessert with it, but never a loaf of sourdough bread.
