Why did you go into Personal Training?
I had heart surgery in 2018, and it was a wake-up call. As someone who had focused so much on exercise and nutrition, I realized that recovery and other lifestyle factors were just as important—if not more important—to improving my performance, achieving my health goals, and enhancing my quality of life outside of fitness. My passion is helping others see that they’re stronger than they think they are and understand how their habits, mindset, and social and spiritual connections can contribute to living their best lives.

Fun Fact:
I played tackle football on an all-boys team, love vanilla ice cream, and am a recovering perfectionist. I also have four kids, one of whom has Down syndrome.
