Because of Mike, my left knee is now flexible again and finally feels symmetrical with my right. Before working with him, my knee was stiff and weak—but this past Saturday, I walked farther and faster than I have in 10 years. Mike structures our sessions with clear goals in mind, and his approach has helped me avoid knee replacement surgery. He explains every stretch and exercise, so I understand why we’re doing it and how it benefits me. I have more energy, I’m seeing real results, and I continue progressing toward my fitness goals because of Mike.
