At over 80 years old, I’m not aiming to become a pro football player—but I do want to stay strong and healthy. I have lower back problems, and Lori designed a series of exercises to strengthen my back and improve flexibility without causing injury or discomfort. I’m very happy with the program she introduced me to and look forward to continuing to stay in shape with her guidance.
