I started training with Mike when he was a Tier 1, and when I turned 40, I realized that I had to take exercise more seriously. My husband motivated me to have a structured and consistent schedule for going to the gym. I was pleased with my first trial session with Mike, and since then, I’ve been doing weekly sessions with him. I don’t have the confidence to touch all the equipment, so having a Personal Trainer is helpful for me. Mike can educate me on how to use the equipment and help me with what type of exercise I should do. He made each session fun! I wish him luck and hope he will prosper and meet all his life expectations.
