Martina has consistently focused on all areas of my fitness. She brings in new ideas for fitness directed at the older population. She takes good notes, which help to increase or decrease weight when necessary. She told me recently that you have to do exercises that are good for your body, even though you might not care to do them. I have a program I can do independently that we periodically review. She shows how someone can balance work and home. I am glad to have her as my trainer.
