Mike is a fantastic trainer. He helped me set a realistic and attainable workout schedule that made it easy to stay consistent and motivated. With his guidance, I achieved all the goals I set for myself.

He created a solid plan for our training sessions and gave me a great routine to follow on my own. His advice during workouts and in between has been incredibly helpful in keeping me on track and maintaining good form.
