About a year ago, I added weight lifting to my fitness program to speed up recovery from a sports injury. After working with my Personal Trainer, I regained the lost muscle mass, built strength, improved my balance, and fixed crucial alignment errors. Ehsan’s mindfulness, superb ability to cue the correct movements, and well-rounded expertise in Personal Training, make me confident that I can challenge myself physically without risking re-injury. The workouts, designed for me by Ehsan, have continued to evolve along with my increasing fitness level. Our training sessions are dynamic and always exciting. I feel empowered, healthy, and ready to explore and grow my athletic potential!
