In his work as a Personal Trainer, Michael applied his philosophy that everyone is unique and one size does not fit all when I started working with him. He listened closely to what I wanted to accomplish. He took into account my unique body shape, structure, and fitness level when developing an exercise plan to achieve my goal of improved overall fitness. As a 68-year-old who sat behind a desk or in an airplane seat for most of his career, my fitness level was not the greatest. Michael took all of this into account when developing my plan. After two-plus years of working with Michael, I can tell that my fitness level has dramatically improved, and I am more energized overall.
