Al is an incredible trainer! As a beginner, he worked with me to teach me all the basics, and created workout plans that helped me get stronger while being mindful of my weaknesses. Over the course of a few months, I was able to do workouts that I never thought possible. He’s flexible and can accommodate any changes to my workouts as they come up and helps me work through issues like tightness and discomfort. He knows what exercises I enjoy and always includes a few if there is a particularly tough session. Each week he comes up with a new and exciting workout that keeps things fresh and enjoyable.
He’s also helped me become more active and healthy outside of the gym by giving great tips on staying active and eating well. I now actively look for ways to get moving throughout the day and eat a better diet.
