Seventeen months ago, my husband and I started our personal fitness journeys with Kenny. I already had begun my health and wellness journey when I decided to retire. However, I knew if I was going to achieve my goal of many years of happy, healthy, and active retirement I needed to do something different. Kenny has been just that catalyst. He has helped me take my fitness and wellness to a new level. Already, I have achieved a number of my goals, including mountain hiking. Two years in a row, I decreased my 12-mile hiking time significantly. I went from being unable to do a pushup to being able to do pushups off the floor. In the beginning, I only could plank for a few seconds. Now, I hold side planks for a minute. After only three months, my nurse evaluation showed an increase in muscle mass and decrease in body fat. I’ve seen significant improvement in my core stability, stamina, and endurance, which has enabled me to add Cycle classes five times a week in addition to my hiking. Kenny is a well-rounded coach who helps you realize important lifestyle improvements that are critical in order to achieve your goals.
