My fitness journey started a few years back but ended abruptly due to a debilitating back injury. A couple months ago, I decided to get back in shape and start making improvements in my daily life. This happened to be when I met Personal Trainer Kenny. Our first session, in my words, was absolutely embarrassing. I felt like I couldn’t follow the simplest directions. I wasn’t as flexible and fast as I hoped. Kenny always encouraged me. He customized my fitness plan. Two months have passed since I started training with Kenny, and I could not be happier. He is a great mentor. He always challenges me, helping me do things I didn’t know I could. In addition, I lost 20 pounds, which is the icing on the cake! I wholeheartedly recommend Kenny. I look forward to continuing our training. I know he will help me achieve all my fitness goals.
