I have been training with Nicole for about a year. When we started, I was hesitant to perform my everyday activities due to chronic back pain from an old injury. Nicole developed a program that gently and progressively addressed this. As a result, I gained a great deal of strength, flexibility, and confidence. And, I continue to improve. (Now, I do shoulder stands in Yoga class, which I haven’t been able to do in decades!) Nicole is smart, with a great sense of humor. I enjoy working with her immensely. She frequently changes my workout, to keep it interesting and assure my progress. Nicole shares many exercises I can do at home or while traveling that use bodyweight or simple equipment like exercise bands. I highly recommend her. I am extremely fortunate to have met Nicole.
