When I started exercising two years ago, I had never worked out before. So, my wife encouraged me to get a trainer. I’m glad I did. Matt has been working with me for about two years now. I’ve been fortunate to maintain a regimen of about three sessions a week. I started with a lot of enthusiasm and a few aches and pains. Matt patiently worked with me to alleviate my lower back pain, which we accomplished in about four months. Since then, he has helped me build strength to prevent future aches and pains. To my surprise, I’ve managed to increase my strength beyond my expectations. I can lift my own bodyweight! I plan to continue training with Matt as I enjoy the convenience of my newfound strength and improved overall health. I strongly recommend personal training to anyone starting an exercise routine, to avoid injury and get the most from the workout.
