I have been training with Jeanine for over a year. It has been a great experience, which has helped me reach my goals. I started working with her to help correct a muscle imbalance to prevent additional running injuries. She was very thoughtful in developing a plan for me. She always considered my doctor’s instructions and ensured I did not re-injure myself during exercise. Every session is different, challenging, and fun. My goal was to participate in more triathlons. Last summer, I completed my first Olympic and half-ironman distance triathlons. I am signed up for more races this summer. As an added bonus, I lost more than 15 pounds! Jeanine really cares about her clients and helps them reach their fitness goals. After each race, she sends me an email to ask how I did. I feel very fortunate to be paired with her.
