I have been training with Mike for a long time. When we started, I had a lot of limitations. Old and new injuries set me back. I was determined to work around them but didn’t know how to. Mike is well-educated and helped me accomplish goals while compensating for any obstacles I had– and there were a lot. I was impressed with his knowledge. I was confident the workout he created for me was a life-plan, not a quick solution. I recommend Mike as a trainer to everyone.
