Angela has been my trainer since last November. She is terrific! Angela always gives me a challenging new routine. I’ve gained a lot of strength and stamina. I came in as an elderly couch potato and now, well, I’m an athlete! She encourages me, and checks in with me often. She even called me on my birthday. At my first nurse evaluation, I learned I gained five pounds of lean body mass. I also lost 2.5 percent of my body fat. I’ve got lots of energy now. I don’t huff and puff, even after a two-mile walk. Everybody should have Angela as a trainer!
