Why did you go into Personal Training?
As a Division I track and cross country athlete, I often faced injuries and struggled with being underweight. Incorporating strength training into my routine alleviated many of these issues and transformed my perspective on exercise. I aim to help others use exercise as a tool for health, so they can experience the same benefits I did and lead healthy, happy lives!
