Personal Trainer Dan helps members achieve their own version of fitness success. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in emergency management from Pennsylvania College of Technology, and his personal training certification from the World Instructor Training Schools.
Dan specializes in building lean muscle and losing excess fat. His own journey includes overcoming obesity at a young age. Through self-education on exercise and healthy nutrition, Dan successfully lost his excess weight. He has built on his knowledge and experience, and shares that with the Center’s diverse membership.
