About five years ago, I decided to join the Center and get into shape. For several months, I trained with Camille twice a week. I continue to train with her periodically. Somewhere along the way, I started to love working out! We focus on strength, endurance, balance, agility, and always on form, which I find invaluable. Camille customizes every session and maintains a detailed log of each to monitor progress. She continues to challenge me beyond my comfort zone, always sharing details about specific exercises and their benefits. I feel fortunate to be able to work with Camille. I highly recommend her. She is passionate about fitness and very knowledgeable. Camille is an outstanding personal trainer, and a lovely person to know!
