Fun Fact:
I was a music educator for 16 years! I’ve taught kindergarten through high school, but my favorite age to work with was definitely middle school. Music is a huge part of my life and I look forward to singing again when the world returns to our “new normal.”

Why did you go into Pilate’s instruction?
I’ve been a student of Pilates for over 25 years, after being introduced to mat work through dance. After two traumatic births, I started working on the Pilates Reformer at the Center. The experience was life changing. Following my last pregnancy, I found my body and health in disarray. My Instructor showed the amazing effects of a serious Pilates practice and I was hooked. I did my comprehensive certification and am thrilled to carry on in the same studio I was first trained in so many years ago!
