Tamara’s Success Stories
Elane Gutterman
I work with Tamara to maximize muscle strength, flexibility, and balance while minimizing further bone loss. Though active with swimming, running, and biking, my repertoire had not included core exercises, stretching, and weightlifting. Therefore, my attempts at squats and lunges elicited serious pain, and I never touched a kettlebell or tried a side plank. I have been working with Tamara for 15 months in kettlebell Small Group Training and bimonthly personal training. I love her careful explanations, demonstrations, and adjustments to my limitations. She is full of patience and positive feedback. It is empowering to now swing a 12kg kettlebell, perform rows balanced on one foot, and smile as I do a low squat.
