For the satisfaction I receive seeing people achieve their goals. Whether it’s returning to exercise after recovering from an injury, reducing body fat or building muscle, I am passionate about helping others.

I met Ehsan several years ago when I signed up for a class that the Center offered to acquaint members with the safe and proper use of the equipment. He started by addressing what I thought I wanted to achieve by working at the fitness Center. He made me feel comfortable (and not stupid). At the end of the session, I felt motivated and inquired about Personal Training. I signed up for Personal Training with Ehsan. Since my osteoporosis diagnosis, my goals have been safety, strength, and balance. Ehsan created a series of exercises to help with my balance, strength, core building, and breathing. Based on his instruction, it is apparent that he has a good knowledge of the body’s structure and functions. He focuses on the effectiveness of the correct form, function and tactfully explains and shows me how to make the corrections to achieve the desired results. Each session can be different based on where I am on my fitness journey. When I take an “In-Body” test, he takes the time to explain the results. Ehsan knows when to adjust my workouts due to changing situations. For several weeks, I had to discontinue my sessions due to a fracture in my spine. When I was able to return to the Center, Ehsan was very supportive and adjusted my workouts to focus on safety and rebuilding. My last bone density results showed that I had moved from Osteoporosis to Osteopenia, which I believe was due, in part, to the effectiveness of my training with Ehsan. At the end of sessions, he encourages me to ask questions and will let me know what we will focus on during the next session. He also encourages me to prepare for my sessions by doing productive warm-ups. Ehsan has a pleasant and engaging personality and is a good listener. I value his skill and effectiveness as a trainer and coach.

About a year ago, I added weight lifting to my fitness program to speed up recovery from a sports injury. After working with my Personal Trainer, I regained the lost muscle mass, built strength, improved my balance, and fixed crucial alignment errors. Ehsan’s mindfulness, superb ability to cue the correct movements, and well-rounded expertise in Personal Training, make me confident that I can challenge myself physically without risking re-injury.
