Education & Certifications:
B.S. in Exercise Science and M.S. in Applied Health Physiology with a minor in Health and Nutrition from Salisbury University. N.S.C.A. – C.S.C.S., C.P.T. and Performance Coach and American Red Cross CPR and AED certified.
Weight loss training and programming. Strength and Conditioning. I have worked with a spectrum of clients including athletes, seniors, special populations, and general populations.
I have traveled to over 15 counties and counting every year. My family is from Sparta, Greece and I love to cook Mediterranean food
Why did you go into Personal Training?
Exercise has always been a big part of my life since I was young. It helped me tremendously through my high school and college tennis years to reach a new level of fitness. I decided early in college that I wanted to help share my knowledge and experiences with others to help them achieve their goals. The ability to see results through hard work and effort is an amazing feeling of accomplishment that I enjoy sharing with my clients.
